Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
What we ask
- The item is unused and undamaged, preferably in its original packaging.
- You contact us before shipping anything back, so we can give you the correct return address.
Who pays for return shipping
If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is at your own cost. If your order arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, we cover it: we replace the item or refund you in full, and you pay nothing to send it back. We do not charge restocking fees.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the full amount to your original payment method. We issue refunds within 10 business days of receiving the item. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it to your account.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace the item or refund you.
Cancelling an order
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. If delivery is going to take longer than the window we quoted you, we will let you know and you can choose to wait or to cancel for a full refund.
