Shipping

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order. There is no shipping charge at checkout and no minimum order value.

Processing and delivery

We process orders in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then typically takes another 4 to 9 business days, so most orders arrive within roughly 5 to 12 business days of being placed.

These are estimates based on our carrier's current transit times, not guarantees. If we cannot ship within the window we quoted, we will contact you and you can choose to wait or to cancel your order for a full refund.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.

Where your order ships from

Orders ship directly from our manufacturer to your address, with no intermediate warehouse. That is what lets us offer this technology at this price.

Spotted a mistake in your address? Contact us straight away. We can usually still correct it while your order is being processed.
