14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. No reason needed.

What we ask

• The item is unused and undamaged, preferably in its original packaging.
• You contact us before shipping anything back, so we can give you the correct return address.

Who pays for return shipping

Changed your mind? Return shipping is at your own cost. Arrived damaged or defective, or did we send the wrong item? We cover it — we replace or refund, and you pay nothing to send it back. We never charge a restocking fee.

Your refund

Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
